Charles Koncewicz Wins Crystal Award for Salesperson of the year from the ACPQ

Last November 20th, Charles Koncewicz, co-owner of CK Spas, was awarded with the crystal award for salesperson of the year by the ACPQ (Association des Commercants De Piscines du Québec) An association for pool and spa retailers across Quebec.

From January to October all customer who purchased a spa or swim spa from CK Spas had the opportunity to fill out a questionnaire from the ACPQ about their experience with their retailer. One lucky person out of all the ACPQ retailers was chosen and awarded a cheque for the purchase of their spa. From these questionnaires the ACPQ chose the top retailers, installers and salespeople of 2024.

Charles, salesperson, delivery person, technician and co-owner is well known among his customers for going the extra mile when helping them choose their new spa and with the after sales services. It's no surprise that so many of CK Spas customers made a point mention his efforts.

Charles would like to thank all his customers from 2024 who mentioned him in the questionnaire and for choosing CK Spas. It means a lot to him to have been chosen this year and to add this award to the shelf.
