Return and Refund Policy

All orders placed through our online store are considered final sale. Therefore, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once an order has been completed.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order before it has been shipped, a refund may be issued. The refund will be equal to the total amount paid, minus transaction fees equivalent to 2.8% of the total invoice amount, including taxes, plus $0.60.

Once an order has been shipped, no cancellation or refund may be granted.
