Recommended Use
Have water tested to determine phosphate levels before application.
Use when phosphates exceed 100 ppb.
Make sure the pump and filter are operating before application.
Clean the filter before treatment if it is dirty.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Pour the required amount slowly into a clean skimmer or in front of the suction port.
Do not rinse the cartridge or clean the filter for at least 48 hours to allow the product to work.
Keep filtration running to help the product remove phosphates.
After 48 hours, rinse the cartridge with clean water. Do not use a pressure washer.
 
Always follow the instructions on the product label.
 

 
Recommended Dosage Based on Phosphate Level
Less than 300 ppb: 375 ml per 1,000 L of water
400 to 500 ppb: 500 ml per 1,000 L of water
Over 600 ppb: 750 ml per 1,000 L of water
 
For very high phosphate levels, it may be best to treat in stages to avoid excessive filter pressure.
 

 
Weekly Maintenance
If phosphates are an ongoing issue, use as a weekly maintenance product according to label directions.
 

 
Important
For cartridge and D.E. filters only: limit applications to a maximum of 1 L at a time.
Reduce phosphates gradually when levels are high.
